• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a notification including the tracking number to check your purchase’s status when your order has shipped.
• For same day shipping products, orders received after GMT 3 PM are to be processed the next business day.
• If you do not receive an e-mail within 48 hours after your order, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
• Please enter correct and clear delivery address. If an incorrect address is entered, courier is subsequently unable to deliver the shipment. Courier searches and determines the correct address to complete the delivery and will apply a surcharge inside Egypt 8$ & international 15$ per shipment.
• If the items are not in free shipping category, shipping charges for your order will be calculated with your post code and displayed at cart page and checkout page. If you do not know post/zip code, please make sure to determine it from internet.
• We offer shipping world wide.
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Surgegifting is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
• We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return for international shipment. See our return policy page.
• In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at info@surgegifting.com with your order number and some detailed photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
